With a strong foundation in Te Tiriti-informed processes woven within all sessions means my approach recognises each person as unique, valuable, and deserving of a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals, whānau, and groups can explore their challenges openly, confidentially and safely.

My Scope of Practice:

I work integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Pōwhiri Poutama, Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Transactional Analysis. I also have over 20 years of personal experience with Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, which informs my holistic and reflective approach. This allows me to work flexibly across frameworks to support a wide range of concerns, including:
